Fee Structure & Refund Policy

1. Program & Certification Fees

Course enrollment, assessment, and certification fees collected by GENAXA or affiliated Authorized Training Centers (ATCs) are utilized to cover examination processing, digital marksheet issuance, practical lab verification, and central registry operations.

2. Refund Eligibility

Candidates withdrawing enrollment before the commencement of batch curriculum sessions are eligible for a partial refund subject to administrative deduction. Once examination registration has been confirmed or admit cards issued, fee amounts are non-refundable.

3. Institutional Affiliation Fees

Application processing fees for Channel Partners and ATCs cover infrastructure inspection and verification and are non-refundable regardless of outcome.
