1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the GENAXA web portal (genaxa.co.in / genaxa.org), affiliated center portals, or student dashboards, you agree to abide by the institutional rules and terms stipulated herein.
2. Certification & Academic Integrity
Certifications issued by GENAXA signify successful completion of vocational curriculum modules and standardized evaluations. Any falsification, unauthorized modification, or tampering with council marksheets constitutes an offense and will result in immediate revocation of credentials.
3. Channel Partner Obligations
Authorized Training Centers (ATCs) must strictly adhere to the infrastructure and instructional norms established by the Council Directorate. Failure to maintain quality benchmarks may lead to affiliation termination.
4. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi NCR, India.
